Here's how this would work:

-You come to my legion.
-After 24 hour waiting period for your share timer to reset, you'll share an unoccupied toxic planet.
-I'll colonize the planet, and then you'll transfer the 2000 CTP.
-I'll use the purifiers on the planet, raising it all the way up to 15/16x, depending on the original mining level on the planet.
-You leave the legion, and invade it at your leisure. As soon as you take possession, I'll purge the planet from my database.
