Dan would it be possible to make it so ship to ship comm within a legion doesn't cost 5 energy?

A use for this would be when I wish to communicate directly with only one of the other members
of our legion but not have all the members or officers of the legion be able to see the message .

I agree I spend alot of energy with comms that are only meant for that memeber. Would be a nice addition in the communication ability of a legion.
