He has had to reset to try and pay back the guy he ripped off by giving him good planets. He has to keep reseting for that reason. It is why he doesn't have any planets.  And to clarify, I have been stuck in the middle of this CTP scam since it started thanks to Howes. I had a major role in him not getting hunted for the rest of his time in the game and what does he do in return? Deny my helping him and treat me like crap. He has disrespected, argued with and insulted me and my legion. He is a selfish little twat who has been asking me almost every single day 'Can I come back to Delta?' when I specifically told him to end the crap he started to Mitch first at least 7 different times! Delta has been nothing but nice to him and he repays us with thinking he's above us? I don't think so. I don't care if he reset. That is no excuse to slip away from what's coming to him. If he truly is trying to pay Mitch back then fine, but if I, or anyone in Delta, finds him he will be our chew toy.
Oh, and he has been wanting to duel me for a long time now so wish granted. Come at me Howes.
And Howes, if you beg me one more time to let you back into Delta there will be no hope for taking you off our KOS.
