I really like that theres a chat room for the legion. ;) but its too low for us to conveniently see the game. if you go down a bit the important space of the game (energy hull and shields) is not visible anymore.

If you can place the chat near or below the space you have the "Claim" rewards I believe it would be better :)

I like the new legion comm and the online status update but I'm experiencing a problem with the ship to ship comm. I tried posting a message on an enemy player's comm, had the energy to do so, and it said "please enter text to send a message" Anyone else try that yet? It happened right after the new updates.

I like the idea of moving it. I would also like to suggest that there be an expansion option when in chat.

If just looking for any traffic the size is fine. If you are having a complex conversation with more then one person on having the abilty to make it one, two or three times larger when you need it with a button for each size would make it much more readable.

Our problem is it only allows you to see what has been said in the last hour. That means unless someone is online within an hour of something important being posted, they will miss it.

I agree with several people. the comm needs to be expandable and keep chat messages longer than an hour. hopefully 24 hours but 12 is tolerable. also maybe enlarge the actual game window, may present problems with mobile users so add a button to switch to larger game window. we could see more going on that way, with larger chat window and still have the game accessible to play.

Agreed. I also miss the updates when someone joins your legion. We had an empty slot and now it's filled, and I have no idea who it was that joined.

It would be nice if it was full screen available from the legion tab. I also would like to see something longer lasting like a legion board similar to this one.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

Until the comm-resizing option is available, we will plan to (soon) re-instate the older legion comm in addition to the new one, and rename the older one 'Comm Archive'. This should allow the best of both worlds: if you came online and missed a lengthy discussion hours before, you can always refer back to the archive.

Look for this tonight.

Webguydan, should TOTALY add a Captains Log , where only the leader can post announcements and updates, and each entry date stamped as:

star.date: 10.11.10 (message)

would be sweet!

I would so feel like Captain of the Enterprise
