Just wondering if the level range has been changed for the Stalar Command Centre? Wiki says 150-500, I'm 261, but when I click on it in the boss tab I get the "You are no longer eligible to see this enemy." message. A level 215 from my legion is experiencing the same problem from one on his BT.

Any light shed on this would be great!

It expired, and the person hasn't logged on, I believe is the accepted explanation.

Nope! Besides, you get the "This enemy has already been disabled." message for those ones :)

And to thunderbolta, that may be the case but it doesn't explain why the lvl 215 guy can't access the elite from his own BT. And I'd be very surprised if an elite was allowed to expire with our group ;)

Ok, maybe thinking outside the box here(or sleep deprivation, who knows :P ), has his scan lowered below 300(the cloak on a Stalar).

I am the lev 215. It tells me I am no longer eligible to see the target. Same screen as if it were disabled just a different message. Nothing has change with my ship either. So I am not sure what the issue is. I locked a dark mega complex and was moving onto the stellar command center when it gave me that message.

i am pretty sure that scan isnt an issue... since its already been scanned... guy who found it needs that scan to overcome Stellars cloak, rest of the legion can have absolute 0 scan, and they can still see it and target it

I have seen this several times and each time it was because the timer had run out before the NPC was killed. If it is shared to the legion, then it will stay up on the BT until the person who shared it goes into their BT and it's refreshed away - everyone else will see the "ineligible" message until then.

Remember that the timer starts from the time it comes up on the owner's BT, not the time it was shared - so the original owner may have had it sitting there a while before sharing it. That's when I've seen it most often - when it's already a day or so old before it's shared so you don't have as much time to take it out.
