Im having a issue contacting Dan.

I wish to use a logo from the legion in my forum signature (see 'Anomaly' texting). Admittedly a small issue, but since this is in the TOS as game property, i wish to have permission to do so to keep within the bosses rules. However there is no option for 'questions' on the multiple choice for 'Contact developer' and none of the choices are suitable.

How can i get my question through and get a answer either way.

click on one of his threads, and PM him... that would be my suggestion. since its an out of game issue, he should respond and give you an answer right away.
I've found if its an IN GAME issue, he needs you to contact him via REPORT/CONTACT on the bottom of the game page.

For what it's worth, use of the legion logos for forum sigs seems to be considered NOT a ToS violation. Pretty much everyone who uses a sig here, has their logo incorporated and nothing has ever been said about it to my knowledge. I would presume that he considers these forums as an extension of the game.

I had hoped the same, but with rumours about about banning, i would hate for some infraction to come and bite my derrier down the line, especially after a chunk of fiscal investment

Oh yeah, I completely see your reasoning. There's never any harm in asking a question, especially when the answer can avoid later issues. Send him a PM and remember to let everyone else know what the response is.
