The last bid of 550 CTP is respectable...that's 10 each. I'd take that offer as a final auction price if it were me.

The one bid for 100 is a joke. I'm working something out with the 550 bidder - separate transaction, but I talked to him about cancelling the auction.

Well, it stands to reason that as people's production continues to increase, even so called rare artifacts become more likely to obtain. Your percent chance doesn't change, just the number of draws you get. For example, suppose you made 1k in arti per hour and you cashed in at 24k. You might get a TM. But if you made 10k per hour and cashed in at 240k, you have more opportunities to get TMs. Lastly, considering there is a cap on how many you can use in a 24hr period, then at some point you will reach a place where you get more in your production than you can expend. You will start to stock pile them even if you are a very aggressive pvp ship. Even a 50 TM action won't command the price/ attention that it once did.
