Please, for bloody hell, read the galaxy legion wiki first of all.
Second, you are NOT gonna get any planets for that little.
Third, HOW does someone less than rank 40 get 3.1 bill credits ANYWAY???

even if you are "good", there still is no forseeable way for you to have that much credits, unless you have someone feeding them to you.

I would work on scanners, and then save up energy cubes, and do a scan run, you'd be surprised what goodies you would find. My first scan run netted me a 9x exotic.

any decent planet will sell for a min of 500 CTP = 5bill. save up a little more mate, will happen soon enough,
and a 500CTP planet will be like a VM VR planet... maybe artifact if ur lucky

ok thanks but i would go with mining and research planets the alliance im in is a very good and helpful one i get around 40k artifacts a day so im good with that and i am very glad to be in this legion dont get me wrong its a fun helpful nice place to be
