Join supernova. They have a 0 NAP policy so you never have to worry about stealing someones planet.

You could always come try out The Sith Lords, if you're interested. Tons of high rank NPCs are generally alerted when Huluk goes on his auto-ranking runs, we have no soft or hard NAPs, and everyone is really helpful.

Most fun legion I've ever been a part of, and as Tree said, you can kill anyone you want with no restrictions. We hit level 5 bases every day and our base is the toughest 6 out there, and it pays out around 50K RP evenly on weekdays, % on weekends. _________________  |
