I'll go at 75 CTP per use. So Rich to 15 Mega would be 1575 CTP
Remember that I'm not using my ability for my own planets and that this costs 200 energy per use.

Takes a month to do, too.

Well I've got someone who wants 2 planets enriched so that'll take around a month.

What about liability?

Sucks to be both of us if it gets stolen. He doesn't get the planet and I waste my ability.
Which is why I insist that the planet must have no one else on scan
