Auction: Mass surface melters (CLOSED)

 I have up to 4 available. In order to complete the transaction, I would need to colonize the target planet, use the melter, then abandon (or you can invade) so you can re-colonize.
Post bids in CTP, KU, EM, or credits (CTP is preferred). I have an idea what they are worth to me, so if the price isn't close to that, then no auction winner will be selected.
