Hey Dan I have noticed a really bad glitch with the nano's and shield restorers out there. When you are being attacked by another player and you try to use one of them sometimes they don't work. I think I have lost out on about 50 of each nano and restorer from this glitch so far. I don't know why it is happening but now I know its not just me as another in my legion just told me he was having the prob as well. Please please please fix this so we don't keep wasting the restore devises. Thanks

+1 I just had this happen to me defending vs an attack from Godlyone. I was able to use a repair nano once, and use my shield restores just fine but cause of the already laggy servers by time i got to scrolling down to get to the shield again my hull kept getting lower so i used a repair nano fast went abck to shield noticed my hull never refiled went abck used a nano went to shield noticed again my hull never went up but shield refilled. Finally got caught on a lag spike and wasnt able to refill my shield fast enough and only had 2k hull left for him to easily kill off.
EDIT: Shield restores worked on each usage in this scenario.

It does happen, I used one the other day, and had about 1/2 hull left, I find out I get disabled anyway, and my nano gone.

It has happened to me many, many times with the credit repair. There is no telling how many billions i have lost due to this issue.

Here is whats happening: the results of an action (in this case the repair/artifact) are not committed to the database because they hit the DB at the same time that an attack had the record locked, and some internal load balancing eventually droppped the results of the 2nd action.

Why not fix it then? Databases are built to handle this sort of thing (which is common). The devs would have had to gone out of their way to do it wrong in the first place?

Exactly the same thing happened to me when attacked by godlyone the other day. Nano after Nano appeared to fail. Perhaps one in four worked.

Yeah I thought I must have been mistaken and/or the game just didn't note that the artifact hadn't been used, I have a stock pile, and int he heat of battle it can be hard to keeep track of exact numbers, so I thought it was my screw up on counting, or just that the game didn't refresh the info right..
