Every time I click analyze to use this arti it just waits and waits with blue bars rolling across the screen but nothing ever happens. Is there anything I can do to get aroun this and actually use the arti?

This is the lag issue which has popped up in another thread. You can go join the conversation there and contribute this to that.

Actually I dont think it is. I can click on anything else and get response without a problem. For instance if I click on scrap for this arti, I get the confirm option straight away. I do occasionally get the lag problem (which to me seems to be related to accessing the player database such as when clicking the battle tab) but this is different.

If I recall correctly, someone else had the same issue a while back. I'd recommend sending an in-game report, there may still be a bug in it.

Tried again roughly one hour after reporting the bug and it worked. Would make it more likely it was lag but I still feel it wasn't. No reply from bug report so none the wiser sadly.

Ok I got en email reply that they had fixed it so hats off to very prompt service!
