Dan may I respectfully request:
when a player has maxed out on an artifact or can obtain artifacts for ship installs that have ratios that are below what they can purchase -- that these artifacts percentages of receiving either be greatly reduced or their valve in credits be greatly increased.
Of course if you could some how have them not show up at all -- that would be best of all
Or maybe after you max out your permitted to share the artifact - although that might unbalance the game if powerful artifacts where given to new players.

So by example you mean if I have 50 defense probes I will likely not get another one?
Perfect.

No what I mean is that certain artifacts allow you to install a great part on a ship but your only allowed for 4/ship. Also these are not sharable artifacts. It would be nice then that they could not be rewarded or received by harvesting your Artifact points.
