 I am looking for a legion that has good research and ACTIVE my stats are as follows

You may want to consider WDE as your next home. We have a huge active community, and NPCs for everyone, bases up almost all the time.

might want to consider Stormkyn Alliance Legion2 as well.
we have a lvl 5 base with 3 beacons, over 20k rp per day several members over rank 200, tons of elites and 3 base locks per day. CT lab discoveries: Polychoron Vault Crux Amplifier Resonance Inhibitor Aegis Capacitor Astrobiology Ward Thermionic Intensifier HyperSensor Satellite Domain Walker Hypergate Upgrade |

Galactic Alliance now has +110 base production mods on the lvl 6 base so artifact output in sweet and has most CT lab discoveries  viewtopic.php?f=8&t=19196&start=0 Galactic Explorers has a lvl 5 base soon to be lvl 6 set up for research output and is the sister legion to Galactic Alliance and has 8 CT lab discoveries  drop by, join and check us out and I'm sure you'll be glad you did  _________________    leader of Galactic Destroyers |

Might I suggest Steel Talons, while not on the leaderboard they do boast a lvl 5 base with many CT lab findings, almost 1 mil rp daily plus a little AP throw in aswell, its a excellent choice when picking out legions!
