You can always come on over to The Sith Lords, we fight bases on a regular basis and are pretty heavy on PvP. Not the rank to know, but I'm pretty certain there are a lot of elites alerted as well.

Level 5 Base is currently putting out Artifacts as the primary resource and Minerals as the secondary.

The Base
Operating out of the newly redesigned Citadel of the Dark Lords, (a level 5 base) we are one of the toughest bases around. The citadel is over halfway to level 6, and we should reach that goal within the next 2 months. When called to defend itself the base has over 560k hull and 61k defense, making it a very tough nut to crack! The base was recently changed to focus on artifact production (3x mega rich), and will soon be further upgraded to pay out an average of 30k+ (estimated) artifact points per person.

why don't you come and try Galactic Alliance? you're JUST above our minimum rank of 175, and you seem like you'll do okay here, though we're a bit more intoo NPC hunting than you seem to be

we have a level 6 base putting out 29K AP and 6K RP a day and almost a full lab (only missing the crux amp, the astrobiology ward, and the isolation bureau)

some of our highest ranking leaders are out doing business right now, and we've also just sent over some mid-rank players to start a healthy sister legion that already has a level 5 base that has all the discoveries that we don't. point is, we're stronger than we look at the moment

we're lvl 5 base with only energy needed to get lvl 6, coming along nicely and sister legion to Galactic Alliance.
our base is setup for research 1st with excess going to artifact output, as soon as we get to lvl 6 we're looking at getting +110 output mods fitted asap

you could join the terranian armada we help lower ranks, were a finger tip stretch away from full capacity, a level 4 base we could upgrade at a moments notice but are waiting for people's research to catch up and we get a quite a few of elite's and bases, we share planets/artis and are a closely knitted and EXTREMELY active legion

I see you have many options here, I think your best way to choose is to actually tour the legions that you are somewhat interested in. That will let you make an informed decision and would be interesting meeting all the individuals. Hope you choose to do that and we see you somewhere in the Talon Faction.
