 How to Disband Legion if I am the Only Member...

Post How to Disband Legion if I am the Only Member...
I would like to disband my legion and join another. I am the only member of my legion and it's a Level 2 base. So it won't let me leave my legion and it won't let me disband. Am I stuck?

You have to contact Dan with an in-game report. Just explain whats going on and he'll unlock the restriction for you.
