Hoping to get a good mix of artefact and research from base shipments without having to spend weeks on end building up my energy contribution percentage. I have got 3k EM on hand though. Also looking for regular NPC shares.

I'm currently laughable rep but collecting red badges and should be balanced by the time I finish that.

I've kind of narrowed it down to Storm's Torment, Galactic Explorers, Pandemic and The Progress Engine. Anyone from those 4 (or elsewhere) please feel free to comment or advise me.
Edit: Due to the many tempting (and rapidly accumulating) responses it's not such a narrow choice any more, I will let everyone have their say and come back tomorrow to figure out where I want to be.

The Progress Engine would be happy to take you. We have many members around your level and higher, we have a level 4 base (90k more energy till level 5), have CT lab with 3 discoveries and are active with base battles. We currently distribute legion resources evenly mon - fri which equates to around 10 - 15k research daily. We share planets / rares daily and have a fairly active comm. We produce around 22k of artifact points a day and around 1k research, we have extra space so just added some in. We have one of the strongest lvl 5 bases around.

With our new battle group we will start to consistently take out level 5 bases shortly so you can get in on the good action early.

By far the best legion of all of these is Crimson Corporation.

They have a level 6 base, that produces 35000 research per day with about 4000 artifact production also

It is extremely safe too--one of the toughest, if not the toughest bases out there

Silver Badges will flow into your cargo as they are a part of the battle group that takes down 5s 3-4 times per week
