As stated, this legion is brand new, and not full of juggernauts...yet. In fact, our base is not even completely done being built as I am not able to contribute to upgrades yet.
I'm looking for people who are not afraid, and willing to help build this legion from the ground up. Be a part of something great in the making!
I have some great allies in the game already, and have a few who will be contributing to my efforts to building our base into a strong force, with resources far beyond my own. So the base will level quickly, that I can promise as soon as I kick in my contributions.

We now have a completed base that will quickly be at level 2, and base distribution will be aimed toward research currently set to give by % donated to reward those who are willing to help build our legion.

Just to update, we are now at a level 2 base, very quickly pushing to level 3.

Our base distribution is about 80% research, and 20% artifact.

And our leader is dedicated to giving 100% of his energy, em, and ctp to upgrading the base so that it moves up quickly. And he will give whatever credits, and artifacts you need as well as doing scanning blitz's whenever you need planets.
