i let in low levels if they have potential. just remember that PA is a PvP group and is not a place to seek protection. in some ways there are some risks to membership at this current time. if your ok with that great.

Energy, then scanning, then planetary consturuction(Dont go too hartily(Sorry if that spelled wrong) into this), and then PvP stuff in the order you prefer(Inlcuding cloak)

Since we are talking builds, I keep missing if there were any replies in the Legion Comm, so I thought I'd post my current build and ask the old hands for tips on improving. Currently I'm focusing on assisting in pvp when shared, and leveling through quests (especially the story quests with their sweet sweet rewards), but I'm open to strong suggestions as to how I can better optimize, and whether I have too much fat in need of trimming. Keep in mind, I'm not realy willing to reduce my energy bar's size, since I'm still in a leveling stage, but tips on what to deck/research for next are appreciated. TY.

Always decks, except when you feel you REALLY have to. Try to get your artifact production up enough to give you that cargo space WITHOUT using rank points. Dont use them for anything but decks. There is another active poster who thinks rank points should be spent on crew, but he has spent so much money he no longer needs the space....you will.
