Be active
Speak on chat often
Contribute to base every once in a while

Also in case you want to join a different legion here's a question to ask to them:
Does your legion have the potential to be a strong legion?

I'm saying this because of a statement said to me that people ONLY join legions with high amounts of members. Seriously, it's annoying me to know that people only join those types of legions to feel safe out there because it makes it seem that high member-count legions are the ones that are gonna rule, leaving low-member count legions in the dust.
