You paid for a planet trade then a week later they stole it back ?

No, the person who spawned the world from the silthion chain stole it, not the guy who sold it to me, however, when i fluxed probed the world it showed only 1 other scanner, the seller, so i didnt have it nearly as bricked or fluxed

that and i got sweared, slgged off, named called and everything on my comm, went to annabell and she thinks becuase reign lost a planet its ok. others in SA have has similar problems so im not gonna repeat myself nore i go into massive detail. theres IS crapl loads of reasons that they backstabbed us and i got friends in other legions who they have ganged on, took lots of planets from and frankly you have to be either blind or not very interested in seeing soo many legions have a prob with them. i helped them many times, they treat me like #&$# later. end of on my story

also i stole a very large ext rich volcannic planet from dg (other here stole more and better) and i hit 2 H1 guys and seems to me none of them think we are at war since they sia dreturning badge hit and stuff. but i got alerted and only 1 guy who i never touched riaded me when i disabled last night when i was sleeping.......lmao thats not good for you

can someone post a link to 'all that spam on the forum' please...because if i see a thread involving my legion and a war in a sub forum other than the pub then i'm gonna report it.
this is the trade section is it not?...then let's discuss trades.
any other background or 'flavour' would be better off in the pub...or in that spam that is being spoken of.

nah hes right we can all get warnings by dan for going off topic here and we took bout 10 planets get it right and no one in DG and H1 know theres a war so how can they steal planets if its kept to an leader/officer need to know basis?

i will expand on my point for you...try and keep up.
this is the trading section of the forums...for discussion about trading planet alerts between SA legions and Home One/ Dark Genome.
as such, anyone who has planets belonging to any of the legions involved to sell, speak up.
anybody else, confine your comments to the pub section please...its what the pub section is for, after all

I have planets for sale heck I even have some I will just give to ya and let you run onto the forum and say ya stole it ,I won't even tell anyone what kind it was!

I wasn't referring to the situation with the two aphotics, because technically that didn't even involve Stormkyn, but since you brought it up, lets get the irrefutable facts straight so that everyone on the forums can judge for themselves:

1. There is no question that the first aphotic in this incident only existed because a member of Dark Genome spent the energy to create it. Only after the fact did they realize they did not have an open planet slot to colonize it at that time.
   
   
2. When you purchased the scan on the aforementioned aphotic, you were not in any of the five Stormkyn legions and therefore it could not be reasonably assumed that the Dark Genome member who completed the mission to spawn the aphotic would have known that you were a member of SA.
   
   
3. When the member of Dark Genome ranked up to get an open planet slot and retook the aphotic, you were still not in any of the five Stormkyn legions, in fact you hadn't been in a Stormkyn legion at any point during the purchase of the first aphotic, but were instead in yet another unrelated legion, further lending to the fact that the Dark Genome player could not reasonably have been expected to know that you were a member of Stormkyn.
   
   
4. When the first aphotic was retaken by the Dark Genome member who did the mission to spawn it, as was a common practice with you, you had allowed someone other than yourself to log into your Facebook account and access Galaxy Legion to sell off your production. This second person pretended to be you and spoke on your behalf regarding the aphotic, further confusing the situation because later you claimed to not fully agree with what they had said.
   
   
5. When the real you finally did log in, you still weren't in any of the five Stormkyn legions, but explained to Annabell that someone else had been using your account and that you did not agree with what they had said. Annabell then immediately found a second aphotic, with identical statistics, and freely gave it to you, so that you would not be out the 1000 CTP you spent, and for no other reason than because you were our ally.

These five facts cannot be disputed because they are all absolutely true and show that no member of Dark Genome had invaded a planet that was not theirs or belonged to someone in any of the five Stormkyn legions.

First there were never any "negotiations"... Annabell requested a green badge nap between her now 5 or so legions and SA's 5 legions. She asked for this during a very very busy time for me while I was hardly online. Tho it was a week before we spoke directly about it it was not drug on. Ever since Annabell and VG showed, we have helped them. I liked her.. and them. We even allowed a battle pact for a time.. for the purpose of feeding them easy silvers when we had not enough on to max-badge. I saw potential. They were weak compared to us.. they still are... but as all know a weak ship today can be beastly in 5-6 months.. all up to the player. When I broke that pact I even said they were not strong enough, but would be in the future... and when they were we rejoin together. This apparently was as taken as a "slight". It is also worth saying that VG was given a pass.. in all things (planets, BT, etc).. because they were "friends". This was a permanent stance.

As any of you that help run multi-legions know.. communicating and enforcing softnaps, or no green badge naps to all members of 5 legions is next to impossible. WHEN mistakes were made we would always do our best to make them right. Annabell later contacts me... tells me of a future merge with Rangers and VG/DG and Home One. Is interested in joining our group of base hunting top 15 legions group. I tell her.. do the merge.. then we'll talk. The merge ends much weaker than is was put forth to be.

Fast forward to last week... and to the beginning of my post.. she wants to base hunt, but is still not strong enough.. and tho she knows we have friendship and we stand with her begins pushing for an "unforceable in my opinion" green badge nap between all 10 of our legions.. so of course I say this is not doable.

Her response...

First... Oh so I no longer wanted to allies/friends? (my response.. not that at all, this is just not enforceable)

Second... less than 2 hrs later our base is locked and disabled.
Have we always assisted her/them.. yes.
Have we had the chance to take worlds from them... yes, and we have not (see above).
Have we had the chance to attack their base... OH YES, but we declined joining the battle because we do not attack friends.

I see our base disable for what it was, an attack on friends (a stab in the back) over spite. ANYONE can disable any base if they are willing spend enough real world money to do it.. and as you have seen they did. This is one base, one time, with extreme expense. No, you are still not strong enough to hunt with us because you have no sustainability... tho you may in a bit more time. I will not even go into the simple fact that you were meaningless in the base battle (both DG and Home one). The big hitters were Rangers and Supernova. You simply jumped on as taggers which makes your actions even more stupid IMO. I do hope the drops were worth ruined friendships, future alliances, and the back-stabbing rep you now have.

You attacked your friends, you stabbed them in the back. All we need to know about you.

Now... tho I have killed over 40 of your ships recently, been depressed when only 2 ships would even atk me.. I want you ALL, and tho I have been begged on comm to "let me lay low"... my response is.. as it was.. ALL your ships we find will be KOS from here out.

Lastly... Annabell.. if all this was not enough.. to read your post to a member...

Quai... stupidity abounds if you are that clueless. See the above poster.. that is not Annabell but #2... that is spite dude. The comms I have seen were the same thing from your legion. No she may not have been online, but I would think she fed that spite. Either way in my comment I was not speaking of her only.. but spite felt throughout your legion, legions really. Sad... spite towards the only top 20 legion that had time for VG/DG, that did the most for them.

earlier today a DG ship badged one of our lowest members..he asked if he should alert the DG ship...i said yes...it is what my leader (Mythrindir for the hard of understanding) wants us to do.
my personal feelings are known to DG, but (in fact big BUT) my legion leader has made his feelings known and i'm going to follow his lead...to do less makes me , dunno? a traitor?
a good leader makes his point of view widely known to the legion as a whole...we are hitting Home One and Dark Genome...we all know it in SA.
the por DG ship that got alerted at the start of this post (remember him?) was blissfully unaware the 5 SA legions were looking for him and he badged one from the top legion (iirc he had 22 raids and hacks at this time)
you canh see the potential for disaster if communication is less than top notch?

Fair enough Mark, it just read to me that the whole thing has been laid on one persons head, and for the most part I wasn't included in prior dealings between legions as I was just promoted to officer not long ago. I really don't like seeing everyone throwing blame at one person alone is all. I can be quite a fair and reasonable person for the most part. Also reading Turtles ranting and not including all the details of how good he made out after that incident with the aphotic kinda put me in a bad mood.

Also to stay on topic I still have planets for sale if you guys still want them.
