Can the F.A.T.H.E.R. device be received from your artifacts?

 If you receive your artifacts shipment, can you receive the F.A.T.H.E.R. device or is it only from galaxy points?

As far as I know, Galaxy points only.

those babies are awesome.. 40gp a piece will go a long way on your energy recharge. 71/hour energy if you maxx energy research and tier mission rewards..

They are only available for GP. As of this date its the only one you had to buy so you wont get one any other way.
