you can only abandon a planet once per day and at a cost of 5gp and you're going to do this for 100ctp?
Not to mention the cost of colonization
Yeah I'd say Remric is right.

Because no one knows you right now. 2 post means you are practically unknown in the forum and would you trust your 1000$ to a complete stranger?
Now if you were someone who has been known to everyone here in the forums then your offer might carry some weight but still the better the planet the harder it is to trust someone to take care and deliver a planet.

Yeah I'd say Remric is right. Ya know you can buy a planet flux for 40 GP and get 800 ctp OR a storage tower for 16GP and sell for 500 ctp

So technically 2 people have to trust you and whoever uses your service is putting his/her rep on the line that you will deliver the planet to the buyer. This would be too much for me i would rather trade myself it builds good rep and you make friends etc while trading good luck tho

Yes, but I don't believe that his plan works anymore. You alert a planet, then you leave, and...planet is no longer there. You have to pay 5GP to drop it, OR the person receiving the planet will have to drop from the legion after planet alert and take it.

Obviously I know you can spend a bunch of GP for a flux and storage tower what I pointed out is there is no profit margin for this guy and he'd be limited to doing it once a day and it would end up even being less then one per day because no way he'd have another deal lined up right after the other. so 100ctp - colonization costs - 5gp for abandoning - legion benefits - however you value your time. I guess if he wants to open up a charity that doesn't even break even this sounds like an okay idea.

Are you even at a rank that could defend a planet worth buying if attacked amid legion changing?
and yes if he did get someone to hire his service he could go to your legion alert it and leave the alert stays for 12 hours just as an alert stays on a fluxed planet until it expires. If he is low rank, then 100 ctp would make a profit because of low invasion costs.

He colonizes a planet at the sellers legion leaves to buyers legion then alerts and leaves legion so it can be invaded? I thought that didn't work or was changed to help against combating multis.

once you colonize or conquer a planet it is automatically added to your planet database, I have done back up invasion for people and done this. The only thing that changes about the alert is the planet status changes from legion occupied to enemy. I have also joined a legion after an alert and found the alerted planet on my enemy planet list even though I didn't have the alert on my news feed, so it seems the alert is based on legion archive not player archive.

But, if you share a planet then leave the legion, the share goes away. And NO you can not attack while guarding a planet. If the intended recipient of the planet that is shared leaves the legion, they also lose the share.

That's absolutely true Darth, I was saying if he comes to my legion to alert the planet, then he leaves I would still have the alert for 12 hours. I guess I wasn't clear about that sorry. Edit: just thought about it and the last time I saw this done was a while ago, perhaps it was changed and I didn't know

Ok, Can you come get my 2 HomeOne owned Planets (m 2x gaia), and my Unknown owned vl 9x toxic and give them to someone else? I'll pay you nothing and you give me 1/2 your selling fee. Then I'll just flux them.
