no one knows what happens after a certain number of missions are completed, are these members very high ranked? it may be that the cycle of teir modules starts over again, lets not jump to conclusions here people.

I am number five (rank 364) on the leader board and have not got any repeats. Once you get the Krionite Transducer from your mission tier reward you do not get any more.

The guy I saw, (Out of sensor range now) was something like rank 57-63. It must be a glitch, or maybe he knows webguydan and gave him a really good bribe...although it would be nice if you could get repeats, and get even better rewards then before.

I've seen some people in the past that had multiple tier rewards too, but I think that it was a just a glitch in how the game was displaying things, the same way the game can sometimes double your active effects, it's not real it just shows multiple.
