not sure how that would work. We already have a level 1 base and actively working on getting it to level 2.

well the offer is there, we have a maxed out level 3 base which is fully expanded on both normal & special space. does your base distribute to everyone? I don't want to switch legions if I don't get anything out of it in the way of research or mining.

atm yes its always even to all members, wont be changing till we reach lvl 4. its mostly research and a little artifact on the side as mining is useless
