Saboteur Glitch?

 So... when someones disabled they cannot hack attack or use hostile artifacts on anyone. Put simply they can not do a hostile action which would get them alerted. Except Saboteurs. Zolazin Saboteurs can still commit a hostile act even while disabled that could get them alerted. Is this the intended mechanic of the game or just a glitch no one else has pointed out?

If a saboteur is able to use their ability WHILE disabled it must be a glitch. If its not a glitch, then Dan needs to change it anyway, because thats just wrong.

Who is to say he didn't crash his ship on a NPC or a Base after wards to rob you of the disable?
