I recieved a legion alert about a player attacking a member 3 times in a row. when I went to disable the offending player, I saw the alert message had been posted on the player's comm.

Is the alert message meant to be displayed on the enemy comm?

I think this is a case of the person making the alert also posting the same message on the offenders comm in the hope that random people might see it and attack the guy too. I've only ever seen this tactic used once by a member of The Dark Side after I disabled them 3 times in one week. Personally, I thought it was kinda funny.

I've asked my legion member if he deliberately posted it. I think he did, because I checked the other ship and the comm message is gone now (if it was because of the legion alert, it'd probably stay until the end of the alert)

I have seen this used a few time where person 1 alerts person 2, person 3 who is in person 1's legion disables person 2 and posts the alert on person 2's comm so they know it was a legion alert hit.

the comm was from the same person who posted the alert~
