That is what we are doing so far.. Discuss our legion, we recruit.. We share awesome NPC news.. We plan for our near-term future.. We do PR to Dysonians wannabes, etc.

Gimme a break.. I try not to create FB group for Dysonians so this is good thread for us to use.. We also like to have this as public socialization.. It's fun for everyone else to see too.. Basically, if you or any other readers don't wanna hear. You all can easily ignore this and let us have fun.. Pfft..

not only for recruitment but legions can also use this as their own forum otherwise there would have been a forum under the Legion tab??

A faction forum in game can be nice, but as I seen that such things while even against the game rules are hard to control for some things.

Well you can pat yourselves on your own backs (if thats what one would call it) in your own forum, which I'm sure exists. The puke in my mouth doesn't taste as bad any more, but you are probably pissing off your old legion-mates. If the NPC that gives 6 rank points is gone before more than a handful of people have access to probably just tag it, for a level-equivalent, then something is probably wrong with this game.

Aside from the clear, overwhelming numerical advantage, it doesn't seem like you guys are having a whole lot of fun just fighting NPCs.

Lol, there isn't any Dysonians who are just tap for damage then let other Dysonians do the rest to kill NPCs off.. We all almost always just stop right at damage loot lock-in then we all reserve our energy for next NPC. No one of us so far wanted to do beyond loot lock-in damage cuz that'll just waste our energy. We knew that other Dysonians would show up and do their share as well.. That is really giving us most efficient use of our energy to take down NPCs.

You are wrong.. We *ARE* having LOADS of fun just doing NPCs. You haven't seen legion comm. There are definitely filled of excitement in the chatter all about NPCs and ship upgrades and resources etc.. NPC farming is rather addicting!! Lol! We are hungry for new NPC alert like opening xmas gifts!! I always log in GL hoping to land on new NPC alerts but often they are dead before I could help.. But there are constant stream of new NPC alerts on daily basis so missing some is totally fine but always gives me *grumble* feel cuz I just hate to miss any lol. Reynard is HIGHLY sought after and almost always dead in matter of seconds now.. If you wanna to have best chance of locking in Reynards is to kill NPCs yourself to spawn Reynard yourself then do 34% dmg to lock in before share then you'll get loot..

We *BARELY* heard anything about PVP nowadays like it's nothing now.. PVP is old news for us now.. It's individual private affair now for some interested Dysonians instead of team.. If we ever seen any player alert, it'll shock us cuz we are not used to see it.. Basically, our latest attitude is that if we see player alert, that means Dysonian is coward enough to share the player alert. I believe that any Dysonians would be "embarrassed" enough to share a player enemy lately showing that they are "weak" to handle their own.. Heh.

The Dysonians legion is the best thing I ever had when I came to GL.. It's better than DOO, I admit but DOO was awesome however cuz DOO really made lot of contributions to GL to improve the game as a whole and I'm proud of their accomplishments.. The Dysonians wouldn't exist if there wasn't a DOO organization in the first place.. But it grew way too big for my taste. I didn't go after quantity players.. I always liked quality players.. The Dysonians is all about quality players and there is almost zero drama involved at all. It's small that I really love about cuz it helps us to know each other a lot easier.. It's a lot easier to train new member the ways of The Dysonians because there is no real rush to recruit anymore due to 50 limit.. Just take time to interview each qualified applicants before accept or reject..

OK, you guys have an alien (to me) concept of fun. Go hack a dyson. If you guys are already the leaders go exploit it in real game terms against what might be a formidable, intelligent opponent. This isn't DnD. You can only kill the wyrm so many times. Most people prefer most any sports to golf and bowling for a reason. You may as well see who can mop a floor better... or faster, or most creatively. I can't really make any more masturbatory references without getting in trouble. If the challenge is merely being there when a notification comes in, then I feel sorry for the people that have actually spent money on the game.

Spoon if you want a fight then please do attack one of us. I would love to fight others again. I don't do much PVP because they don't really fight back. The ones who do don't do much to me but set off my traps. Since I have joined the Dysonians I have only been disabled a few times once by PSIcore and I think Kaos disabled me once as well. Other than that not many have done much. The Paladins put up a good fight for a while but they stopped after three or four days of not being able to disable me and me disabling them. I did not alert any of them. So while we do enjoy our NPC fighting a good PVP battle is all ways fun as well. I have to say that the Paladins gave me the most fun as PVP is concerned in their fighting against me. They got close to disable and did a artifact using and it was fun to see what a lot of smaller players could do.

Alot of the time, we race each other for the NPCs. lol. Some of the shared NPCs are gone, before I can click on them lol. I am very happy I joined the Legion

Glad to have you aboard. Once you rank up, you'll have access to more high rank NPCs.. Dan needs to add more tougher NPCs for us to play with especially with 40 strong of our legion.. 3-loot drop NPCs are way too easy. Always die within seconds upon share.. It's like winning a lottery if you are not the original finder of that npc..

Ok just got home from a good days work.. Im 75% full on level 159.. waiting for the next alert to come so I can waste my 700 energy.. and level up.. I just checked all the NPC alerts and nothing is left standing.... Hehehe. seems like another bountiful Friday.. I need 1 more Dark Mega Complex and 2 more Titan Weapon drop.. Crosses Fingers..

@Spoon: Why bother with PVP when PVE gets you more gear and Rankpoints/Decks!!! Alerts are more fun. specially when your optimizing your planets and then an alert pops up Boom!!! New Planetary structure, Deck/Rankpoints or Ship Module.. What can be better than that.. PVP will only increase the number on your stats but PVE improves your Game

While I cannot agree with or support everything which you assert and stand for, I respect your strategic gameplay and concede that you made several compellihg points to be considered and factored.

I myself try to lead a small training legion intended for new players to get into the game on solid foundations, and while I encourage NPC combat over PvP for beginners (which makes me lose face in your viewpoint and devalues our Legion for sport), I completely appreciate PvP gameplay, the role of PvP in this game immersion and your chosen role in the rank and file of offensive-stance battle veterans.

With all due respect to you and the other assassination leaders who post, please be aware of the Loc Nar Seekers as a training Legion for noobs - beyond that consideration by all means play this game exactly your own way and you do deserve to be respected and avoided if at all possible.

Good news.. I captured Exotica planet from the other Legion. Sorry... It's a fair game cuz of mission that allows everyone to see it in their database full time. I treat Exotica as king of the hill type of planet that anyone can try to capture... When I completed the mission 2 weeks ago, I saw that exotica planet was very poorly defended and I thought, "wow! It should be in hands of the strongest player and legion" so I made it a mission.. I killed the defender in just 4 or 5 attacks even bypassing his/her Halcyon trap intact due to too much damage per shot (I have 6,559 attack) so I only received K. Virus...

The original Exotica was equipped with 2 +10 mining structures so that gave me very easy time to capture it with just 200ish defense and 150ish attack modified by their legion. I was able to do 20 dmg max per attack every time and captured it very easy due to crazy attack (6,559)I got plus konqul race..

Dysonians.. I'm going to make Exotica our true Capital Planet of the Legion. I'm going to make it a political and military planet (zero resource). I decided to make it too hard to be captured by having it very high in defense and population along with decent attack and invasion defense. I'll be it's permanent guardian means that I must be shot down first that I'll LOVE to retaliate just to keep them at bay.

I would appreciate volunteer of the rotation of 2-3 ships at given time of our capital planet... You can see Exotica (I can't share it and it's immune to all artifacts) once you complete the Exotica mission..

Thanks. My mission for The Dysonian is achieved. We got the capital planet that is always targeted by anyone with mission completed.. That'll be fun to defend it.. Heh. To non-Dysonians, good luck trying to capture it from me.

We talked about this previously in this very thread. The people that were sub 150 were all friends with Noc and also completed an alternate requirement having to do with ship size and power. This is practically a non issue at this point seeing as how there is only one member is left below 150 and he is at 148.

Among the first of my posts (ever!) and obviously I was too caught up in the proper respecful wording while also feeling suicidal.

The proper respectful wording was to approach in deference, and with all due respect to a collective of Hardcore Gamers who have left an indelible impression upon a great game, a question that might be answered...maybe.

That was what I should have, and wish I had done - as it was warranted and would have come from a real place I have for all of you in the tapestry of my game enjoyment.

It is still felt even though I made that early and never-repeated mistake.

I reached out and personally apologized to Nocifer Deathblade and I extend that apology to the entire respected Dysonian Legion!
