Say there's a guy out there who keeps harassing you (raiding/hacking/stealing/disabling) just because he is more than twice your level, how do you deal with that? Cuz I'm a paid user and I am not enjoying my game much being harassed like this, is there a way to contact GMs and block that annoying emo dood from interacting with me at all?

Yeah I'm in a legion already but his level is higher than any in my legion... -_- I'm worried of him sacking my best planets and stealing my artifacts... grrr!

Did you do anything to make him want to attack you?? If you did then I'm sorry but I don't feel bad for you at all. If someone half my rank attacked me or did something to me I think I would attack him like crazy as well. lol

after seeing Dans post it seems to me you asked to get yer a$$ handed to you and when someone did you wanted sympathy.

personally if you had hacked me or anyone in my legion 7 times in a row an alert would be posted and a legion message and you would be toast for awhile until we were done toying with you and your insignificant little legion .

Don't set traps and don't take any offensive action for 2 days and cloak. Solved.

Yep, that works very well til re-discovered again via battle tab heh but can disappear again only after one single disable or failed if no traps..

LOL, traps... I only use those to prolong conflicts.

Plenty of cloak solves the battle tab problem. Of course, if you put everything into cloak and you're still found, you'll have no chance at surviving because you'll have no weapons or defences lol.
