I have one player disabling me on a daily basis, He claims it is Badging, any suggestions about changing my ship to drop off his scans? decrease/ increase clock/scan/? or something else? player in question is 300 levels above me.

Increase cloak, don't retaliate, etc. What's your rank?

My rank is 485 , his is 778 , I decreased my cloak, VERY siginificantly basically halved it We'll see if that does any good after 24

If he's targetting you with insanely high cloak, then he's probably got scan modules equipped. At almost Rank 800, his badging options are fairly limited.

Yeah DT.. drop cloak radically. Personally I return every single disable.. double my rank.. really do not care... and I post it on comm.. I return the favor, each time, every time. Hit him in the rep.. doesn't work catch him offline and zero his azz.. each time.

is this player a konqul by any chance?...think i know who you mean.
take all cloaking modules offline and see how that works.

Actually, He was a Taltherian, and with a combination of my Legion getting involved and the Leader of his getting involved, he has stopped (I suspect the hemmoraging of resources he suffered lead to his listening to reason)
