Yes, But It is not JDawgg's business, it is either yours or Maudibs or PA's leadership.

As a member of PA he should be given an answer, even if he is not a representative or leader. We may make the final decisions but this is a simple yes or no question and as someone who is directly affected by the answer to this question he has a right to ask and know.

He is just putting his nose in other people's business, his game isn't going to be affected by another legion's NAPs at this point.
