So i decided to spend the 64 GP to see what they were all about and give it a test to see if that cost is worth anything. From what I can tell, they cannot be used on any mission planet, (crystal, dyson, exotic, plasma etc). So with that in mind I decided to try my non mission planets and once again I found this item to not be able to be used on any planet that I have put a QSE on or was running max multiplier. I do not know if this is a glitch or the way you intended it, but I finally managed to get it to work on a planet that was a work in progress and not fully upgraded yet and got a pretty nice permanent defense boost.

That being said however, due to this discover of a glitch/limitation, I find that spending 64 GP on those devices are hardly worth the cost as most players will at least want to apply them to planets that have been maxed. Some mission planets that are invincible will be obviously ineligible as most of the buffs will probably fall into a defense/cloak category which they do not need. Other than those specific mission planets, any planet should be eligible for the use of a Reality Transfuser. From a buisness stand point you will probably find more people willing to chance the random buff to a planet buying your artifact if they were able to put it on something better than a "work in progress" planet.

Just my 2 cents on this new system. I found it very frusterating that I could not use it on any planet i have finished upgrading and believe that will be an issue for more players who will want a chance at upgrading the defenses/production of their prized planets.

Dan said in another post it can be used on any planet type as long as it does not already have an effect on it

All planets are eligible. You can use in-game support for your issue, we can refund a new one so that you can apply it to the planet you originally intended.

I had no planets with any effects on them, so all of my planets should have been eligible for the device. It is probably a glitch but I tried to use it and it did not work for most of my planets. I did not get my first random event till 6 hours after this.

There was nothing waiting to analyze either as i used both the filter and manually looked at all my planets.
