Either i join your legion, or you join mine, you scan share planet, i take over (if unoccupied) then leave legion and it becomes enemy---or i leave legion (planet is now enemy) <- if you control so i take it over
Then I use terraforming or gamma, and you retake over planet seeing as i am an enemy |

okay, no problem, but so you know - since it is on forums, if i lie, i can be held accounted for and suspended from galaxy legion, so its not even worth it.
