This is a pay and leave system, however if you wish to stay for a longer contract, it can be arranged/negotiated, please state on entry or application. Minimal input is 200 energy per day (this IS still a minimum of 40CTP / 400KU for you per day! Or a decent 280CTP / 2800KU per week minimum)
