Scarecrow is correct on everything but one. they dont talk on the facebook group chat regularly, that is where most, if not all the talking happens

Yep. Totally. Torment quickly got to a level 5 base and now it's part of Stormkyn Alliance. I'm heavy NPC as is Dave. I just posted 5 NPCs in the last hour. The base is stacked with lots of upgrades and there's already a few useful CTB Lab finds available.

Now's a good time to join a great legion. Your stats say you're already getting into NPCing so Storms Torment is perfect.

My opinion is that Talon Company would be perfect for you. We have everything you asked for and more. Our avaerage rank is above 200, we have a level 5 base which is RP based, with some artifact. A ct lab with 9 discoveries. Very active player who focus between NPC and PVP playing style. Our legion chat is active while our facebook chat is very active and we have members on 24/7. Come and check us out, if you like our style we would be very happy to have you. The Talon Faction is in the midst of planning further growth and looking for mergers to build our strength even more so we would love to have a player like you. Your brother if he meets the talon company standards could be accepted to join with us as well.

Crimson corporation has a level 6 base producing 35k+ res and 4k arts for each of its members, with 13 discoveries in the ctl. We recently gained a few new members so it is a bit lower but in a week it will be back up there. We are more concentrated around 100-200, (avg rank140) but we have a few members in your range and our leaders throws up npcs in your rank several times a day (I am rank 200 got 6 npcs yesterday). We take level 3 bases down 2-3 times a day, we are working on getting some new battle pacts to take on stronger ones though. We are a friendly bunch and are pretty we are in good standing with most of the top 10 legions. Your brother is more than welcome if you don't decide to join us.

Perhaps we could ask what it is you're looking for? I personally think my legion has a lot to offer especially as there are a lot of active players in the 180-230 range.

If we're going to be pedantic then I think it's spelt Spelt.

You do lots of PvP and NPC right. You want to be part of a legion with other players who rank quickly? You want lots of players around your level to help with elites? You want an active legion with a decent base and, I guess, active comm chatter?

It's recently been formed by a merger of three legions who are all now part of an alliance. It's new and there's lots of interesting things going on. There are a lot of experienced and friendly players to chat to.

Our base is pretty good too. It takes just 2 red badges to scan for another base. You don't have many silver badge rewards yet so this is a big bonus for you.

We also get lots of shared NPCs so you can get lots of tech parts.
