PS: i understand that warehouse are expensive stuff! sadly i would not be able to hold a planet with a warehouse on it...

With those kind of numbers the only people that would stand a decent chance at getting it, probably wouldn't really be interested in spending the invasion cost for a stock aphotic. I'd only have about a 30% chance at it. That's not close enough to a "sure thing" to spend almost 5B cr.
