how to get members

 my legion has been up for a month now but we only have 3 members and i have tried posting recruitment threads that have been veiwed several times but noone else has joined i was wondering is there any tips to help get my legion noticed more?

Honestly, the best way is what he said... find a legion you like, say a level 4 base with 13k research, active comm, 2-3bases a day, tons of planet sharing and lots of npcs and join up with them. Then together you can get better. 3 man legions are massive targets for mid-low level legions. Planets and bases just arent very safe at all.

tried that i was in a few of the top 50 legions before didnt work no one noticed me no matter what i did

Another thing to do is to recruit other small legions - merge together, and then both of you will grow.
