 Limitations of Containment Missle

Post Limitations of Containment Missle
I tried using a Containment missle on an opponent and it did not remove a stable overcharge. Is this intended? regardless, what effects can or cannot be removed by a containment missle or containment cage?

If it acts like a trap effect and the item cannot remove them. Then there you go.

Temporary effects from artifacts are removable. Stable overcharge is a mission reward.
