 Bug: Trade route bonus

Post Bug: Trade route bonus
We currently have 9 pacts, 8 trade pacts and 1 battle pact. However, our buff for trade routes say 9x multiplier (18% bonus). I don't know if this is a display bug or whatnot, but should it not be 16%?

eh, they can stuff it :P I'm sure dan will shower me with gifts for exposing such a game breaking bug :P

The description of the ability reads:
