Not 5 you are close! Shemp was the original Stooge then he quit, Curly had a stroke and couldn't do it anymore so Shemp came back untill he died in 1955!

Here is the answer to the STT (Stooge Time Trivia) question! 6 total stooges and here they are in order of apperance! It started with Moe and Shemp working with Ted Healy then they met Larry and offered him to join the act for 90 dollars a week (an even 100 if he would give up his fiddle) Then Moe took the boys and left Healy to go on their own! Shemp got tired of it and left, then Curly does it untill his stroke in 1946, Shemp comes back untill he dies in 1955! Moe hires Joe Besser to take Shemps place after only 2 years Besser leaves! Then Moe brings in Curly Joe Darita who winds up being the last Stooge alive dying in 1993!
