Besides, asking for only those with Darth in the name is silly, Not all sith achieve the rank of Darth. Its usally the Master and his apprentice who hold the title of Darth, depending how vast the empire is and what time period you're looking at, others may also obtain the rank of Darth. Most however would be Sith Acolytes or Dark Jedi's. [/end sith fanboy reply]

He "came back" 3 times before finally dying, his upper half survived and and his legs were replaced by cybernetic replacements as you see in the image, he then went on to track baby luke down on tatooine where he fought Obi-Wan again and was shot in the back of the head by Own Lar's during the duel.

He was then resurrected 10years later by a group of Sith acolytes, who believed the empire to be tainted by Vader due to him being a ex-jedi and not a true Sith, and set Maul on a mission to slay Vader and take his place again as Sidious's apprentice. After a long evenly matched duel Vader stabbed himself with his own lightsaber through his chest and up into Maul taking him by surprise and killing him.

The last time he came back, was by the hands of a mad iridonian scientist who believe Maul to be a paragon on the iridonian people. He found mauls brain and resuscitated it, keeping it alive in a vat wired to life support. Also wired to his brain was a holographic projection device that would allow Maul to manifest himself in a wraith like form anywhere in the iridonian captial. Grand Master Luke Skywalker was led there through a disturbence in the force, the Wraith maul was able to strike but not be striked, having not being able to defeat him Luke sought out the hideout of the iridonian scientist and shut down maul's life support and declared that "artificially keeping him alive was causing an unnatural disturbance in the Force"

No more Maul from then onwards.
