Dan.. This is first bug we ever seen. The bug is that whenever we attack the base, its health goes up to max and stayed at max all the time (short drop then go back up fast) without any kind of AP drain. It took us about 1 more minute of constant attack and saw that HP won't even budge and AP wasn't even being used so far for repair.. I realize that the damage glitch was somehow switched to positive "Heal" to base hp per attack in the equation you have. Delta buffed up and did few repairs pretty fast that might screw up the calculation in the process..
