i was doing some PVP this morning and i hit my first two traps on the same guy... i only use 1 null fuse per person, so after that you get off free...

actually its a little weird, i have had 2 people hit me with containment missiles today, neither have finished me off. but i didnt have a buff on at either instance...

i tried to ask them why, but no reply's..... i think my effects tab might be showing old timed out buffs 0_o

Maybe something really odd is going on like some kind of bug or something? I had the same thing!!! I had no effects running and had some extra scanners in place cause I was in the middle of doing a scan blitzo then this guy does all this while I'm asleep. haha wtf I dunno??

happened again today.... as a retaliation attack.. first: hits me with containment.... then attacks, activates KVT.... stacks arti's on me and attacks again. activates halcron trap. gives up. lol i use CC and log off

I often missile someone if I want them to retaliate.

but they are doing it first??? then failing to kill me or only throwing a few punches!!! i just want to know if i am missing some thing??

People hit me with containment missiles all the time when I have no buffs on. They just throw artis at you blindly expecting that you are buffed perhaps? Then come the quantum flares etc maybe hoping they can hack you? But still it's not enough or they think that's quality payback.

Get this a lot too. I think it so funny and sometimes I will try to educate them.. they really do not know they have now provided you a link. It is their only possible retaliation for being killed and badged by a ship they are too weak to attack back. They see you all buffed up.. and say "take that!"... laughing clue-free all the while.. and then are shocked when they killed again in a minute.


Huluk.. have that happen too.. I really think it is they try to hit back and cannot attack (because you have a halcyon on). Lesser experienced PVP'ers sometimes don't check your active effects.. they assume calming amp.. and go for the missle.. only to still not be able to attack you lol.
