Game will not load and just keeps refreshing over and over. Does not happen on any other game. Cleared cache, cookies and everything else and still same issue. Please advise.

try clearin yere cache and runnin a defrag on yer c drive
or whatever drive you have set to be yer browser cache
also if runnin winders
go to start run or just the search box type cmd
when the command box pops up type ipconfig /release
then when its done type ipconfig /renew
then try reloadin the game

oh and dont use yer browser to delete cache use a program like ccleaner
the browsers just mark stuff as ok to be overwritten and dont remove the files
from what i have seen

Did not solve issue. Also tried a diff. browser and same issue. Nothing has changed... game was working this morning and a few hours later.... just refreshes by itself. My wife tried her acocunt and she was able to log in. She hardly ever plays the game...

all I did was log off and re log and it fixed
