I am the ONLY player in my Legion that is Level 150 or above. So, why send me a Rank 200 NPC that is sharable to 150 and above players, and I am only a 175 Level.

But guess that fits in with the Virtual players in my Legion that gain 2 levels WITHOUT, an increase in missions, NPK, Pk, Planets, Hacks, etc.

Does it occur to you that NPC's are meant to played by only a certain range of players. You might want to kill it off for the artifact.
Also get to work on ranking up your legion members or find a new legion.
Are you a programmer that can show exactly how the logic code works?
I've done programing and while the flow-chart is generally easy - the programing is anything but easy. You think you have accounted for everything then run the damn program and days or weeks latter it 'breaks' because you didn't account for something.

Brian don't worry about integrity. Something happened a while back in the game that he didn't like and ever since then he has been finding anything he can to put on Dan and make him seem like he doesn't know what he is doing. His post are all most always rude.

Integrity, if you don't want a higher ranking NPC that only you can attack then don't attack it just wait it out. By now in the game I'm sure that you have all four NPC spots unlocked. So I'm sure you can't fill them all up with NPC's yet. I don't know about you but if the the DEVs took them out of your NPC list and made it so you couldn't get them till you had the members to fill the lock list then you would be right back here saying that the DEVs where screwing you because you couldn't get the NCP's that others your rank where getting. So please shut up with all the complaining and thinking that you have all the answers. If you think you have all the answers go make your own game how you think it should be ran.

Actually, based on other posts in the forums, I suspect that the name is appropriate in that he/she is seeking integrity since they have none at all.


As for the original question, the NPC generator doesn't even look at who is in your legion, how many people are in your legion, or what rank they are. It just looks at your rank (since you are the one the NPC is being created for) and then gives you NPCs based on that. If you are having trouble with the high level Elite NPCs on your list, you have some options:

* Encourage your legion mates to rank up so they can help you kill those elite NPCs.
* Rank up a lot more so you can be strong enough to kill the elite NPCs on your own.
* Join a different legion with higher rank players that can help you kill stronger NPCs.
* Ignore the NPCs that show up on your list that you can't kill - or don't want to - until their timer expires.
* Never rank up so you don't get into the level range of the big NPCs so they will never show up. Since you apparently hate this game, this is probably the best option for you: just stop playing and you'll never have to deal with an elite NPC again...
