Note 1: This artifact is a compensation item for the March 2013 Daylight Savings glitch that resulted in some players' resource timers stopping. This meant they lost a few hours of planetary resource (Mining, Artifacts, Research) production.
Note 2: The artifact appears to only give two (2) hours of production, not three, as the description says.
