Ship Design
Ship designs change the appearance of your ship when viewed by yourself or other players.

Unlockable Designs
Unlockable ship designs are unlocked upon completion of a mission chain that unlocks an unlockable Race, or by fulfilling requirements to earn Medals or Seasonal Medals. Once unlocked, they can be applied at any time and override default race designs or disguises.
You may set an unlocked non.race design as active by going to the Ship tab, clicking the green settings button, and selecting a design in the "Ship Designs" tab. This will override your race's default ship design.
