• Constructs a Sillixx Starport on your planet.
• Must be Sillixx race to build (buy) this structure, but it will keep its bonus if your race changes.

• Constructs a Human Training Barracks on your planet.
• Must be Human race to build (buy) this structure, but it will keep its bonus if your race changes.

• Replaces the old Radiant Weapons Locker, but is not an artifact you can get from weapons drops.

• Constructs an Artifact Warehouse on your planet.
• Hover your mouse over the question mark next to your Artifacts output on the Trade tab to view how much extra capacity you have.

• Constructs a Research Data Archive on your planet.
• Hover your mouse over the question mark next to your Research output on the Research tab to view how much extra capacity you have.
• Oddly, any extra capacity gained from Data Archives will NOT show up if you hover over your current research points; this popup will instead show your current Research capacity based on your rank alone. The popup on your research tab DOES include any capacity bonuses however.

• This device hides one of your planets from the lists of all other players who have currently scanned it. The flux does not remove any active alerts on the planet, although they will expire normally.

• Creates an intense spacial distortion field around a massive or smaller planet, expanding its size by 1.
