Artifact Effects: Production rate (i.e. Abundant) +2 Mining. If the planets current production rate = 0 (no resource text present), then the new production rate will be Very Sparse.

Notes: Mining enhancement is limited to 15X Mega Rich (or 16x if used on a 14x Mega Rich). Note that it is possible to find planets with greater than 15X Mega Rich bonuses, however, you cannot use Mining enhancements on such planets. Be careful not to exceed this limit as you risk wasting a valuable artifact!
